As we already discussed that Bajaj Discover 125 is available with three variants which are powered by the different capacity engine thus performance of engine also varies. The 100cc version of the bike is powered by the 94.38cc, 4-Stroke, Single Cylinder, Air-Cooled, DTS-Si (Dual Twin Spark Swirl Induction) engine with five speed manual transmission gearbox (with all down gear shift pattern). This engine can produce maximum power of 7.7PS at 7500rpm with 7.85Nm of maximum torque at 5000rpm. The company’s innovative DTS-Si technology ensures efficient combustion of fuel that also enhances the overall engine performance with fuel efficiency.

Bajaj Discover 125

Another variant of Bajaj Discover 125 is powered by the higher capacity engine in comparison to the previous one. This variant is equipped with the 134.21cc, Single Cylinder, Four Stroke, Air-Cooled, DTS-i (Digital Twin Spark Ignition) engine with five speed manual transmission gearbox. This higher capacity engine of Bajaj Discover 125 can produce 13.10PS of maximum power at 8500rpm with 11.88Nm of maximum torque at 6500rpm. Bajaj Discover 125 bike range has been gifted with DTS-i technology which is patented by the company, its an Indian patent. Digital Twin Spark Ignition (DTS-i) works for better combustion of fuel that results in greater performance, acceleration and mileage. The system was first used in Bajaj Pulsar bikes and now it is to power Bajaj Discover 125 150cc.

Bajaj Discover 125 150cc comes fitted with a 144.8cc of engine along with 4 stroke, single cylinder, natural air cooled, DTS-i. The engine pumps out a top power of 13 PS at 75,00 rpm and belts out a peak torque of 12.75 Nm at 55,00 rpm. It uses five speed gearbox, self and kick start options are also loaded. The engine of the Bajaj Discover 125 is painted with black colour as Bajaj Pulsar.
